Patients must be physically in Florida during each video visit. Care is available statewide, including Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, St. Petersburg and Fort Lauderdale. These city pages do not describe separate in-person offices. Arizona appointments are not available. Both clinicians are PMHNP-BC psychiatric nurse practitioners, not physician psychiatrists. Psychiatric evaluations and medication management are provided when clinically appropriate. No diagnosis, prescription or particular medication is guaranteed.
