Our 30-minute self-pay follow-up is currently $100, regularly $120. We will maintain the $100 rate for one year and notify patients at least six months in advance of any change to this rate. Read the rate promise.
These are self-pay prices. Insurance costs depend on your benefits. Verify listed commercial plans through your provider’s Headway profile. For Medicare or TRICARE East with Alexeis, contact the practice first.
Keep a valid payment method in the approved secure payment system, unless your payer rules prohibit it. Under your signed practice agreement, authorized charges are made after each appointment for the amount then known to be your responsibility.
Payment and billing essentials
Additional valid insurance balances follow claim processing and advance itemized notice. A denied claim does not automatically make you responsible. Ask us about billing concerns or a Good Faith Estimate if uninsured or eligible for self-pay.

Choose your pharmacy
Provide the pharmacy’s name and contact details. Check stock, cost, insurance, and its telehealth prescribing policies directly, preferably before your visit or a prescription change.
We do not search pharmacy inventory. If a pharmacy cannot fill your prescription, notify us promptly and identify an alternative. We review pharmacy changes and respond to reasonable clinical clarification requests.
If a pharmacy cannot fill a prescription
Pharmacy policies vary. A prescription does not guarantee a fill, and same-day changes are not guaranteed. Your provider can assess appropriate alternatives if access remains blocked.
Visit fees cover professional care, not a guaranteed prescription or fill. Pharmacy refusal alone does not automatically refund a completed visit. Billing errors, overpayments, required refunds, and other concerns can be reviewed.
Medication is individualized
No diagnosis, specific medication, or refill is guaranteed. Decisions depend on your evaluation, safety, and appropriate monitoring. Labs, records, or an in-person assessment may be needed.
Keep follow-ups and request refills before running out. Tell us promptly about access problems; messages do not replace appointments.
Need to change your visit?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. A missed visit or cancellation with less notice may carry a $75 fee, only when previously disclosed and permitted by your payer and applicable rules.
Emergency exceptions may apply. No fee applies when we cancel. Arriving late may shorten your visit or require rescheduling.
