The visit looks at attention concerns, when they began, how they affect work or daily responsibilities, relevant health history, sleep, prior treatment, and current medications. You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis. Evaluation comes before a treatment decision; a checklist alone does not establish the diagnosis.

New patients begin with a 60-minute evaluation, including those transferring from another practice. Bring your medication names and doses and available prior records. Your provider reviews the plan before deciding whether to continue or change it. A specific medication or refill is not guaranteed.

Yes. Bring your concerns and questions about treatment. The evaluation includes discussing your goals and options. Recommendations depend on your individual situation, and medication is considered when clinically appropriate.

Follow-up focuses on your progress, symptoms, daily functioning, medication use, side effects, and questions. Your provider discusses whether changes or monitoring are needed and the next step in your care. Follow-ups are 20 or 30 minutes.

The clinician you select continues with you for follow-up. Alexeis provides care in English and Spanish. Rosemarie provides care in English. Both see adults age 18 and older by video while the patient is physically in Florida.

You can seek psychiatric evaluation or medication management while working with an outside therapist. Tell your provider about that care and ask how to arrange any needed coordination. Standalone psychotherapy appointments are not currently offered through this website.

For participating commercial insurance, use the selected provider’s Headway profile to verify your exact plan and estimated cost. For self-pay, select your provider in the shared secure portal. The 60-minute evaluation is $139 special, regularly $159; medication follow-ups are $75 for 15 minutes or $100 for 30 minutes. Medicare with Alexeis requires plan verification before booking. For TRICARE East with Alexeis, contact the practice before booking.
