SteadyMind provides outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management by secure video for adults age 18 and older. Patients must be physically in Florida during each appointment.

Referrals are assessed individually. A referral does not guarantee a diagnosis, a prescription, or that telehealth is the appropriate level of care.
Choose the right clinician
Alexeis Menendez-Suarez, PMHNP-BC sees adults in English and Spanish. Rosemarie A. Zoet, PMHNP-BC sees adults in English. Both are board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners.
How to help your patient get started
- Share the booking page. Direct the patient to SteadyMind appointment options, or booking information in Spanish.
- Choose a payment route. Participating commercial-insurance appointments use the selected clinician’s Headway profile. Self-pay uses our shared secure portal. Medicare appointments with Alexeis require plan verification with the practice. TRICARE East patients can see Alexeis after plan verification with the practice.
- Arrange coordination when needed. Call the practice for the appropriate secure process before sending records. Coordinate any needed authorization with the patient.

What the first visit covers
New patients begin with a 60-minute psychiatric evaluation, including patients transferring medication care. The provider reviews concerns, relevant history, medications and goals before discussing recommendations. Ongoing medication follow-ups are 20 or 30 minutes with the selected provider.

For patients already working with a therapist
A patient may seek psychiatric evaluation and medication management while continuing with an outside therapist. Contact the practice to discuss coordination needs. Standalone psychotherapy appointments are not currently offered through this website.
