What are the prices?
Self-pay introductory evaluation $139 (regularly $179) for 60 minutes. Medication follow-up $75 for 15 minutes or $100 for 30 minutes (regularly $120). Forms $25 extra during a visit or $75 outside a visit, when clinically appropriate. Alexeis also offers Headway commercial insurance and Medicare after plan verification.
