Do you often lose track of conversations, tasks, or belongings in daily life? Do you start projects with energy and then struggle to finish the ordinary last steps? Does waiting, sitting still, or staying with one quiet task feel unusually hard? Have these patterns been present for years, not only during a stressful month? Do they show up at work or school AND at home? Do other people comment on missed details, lateness, or unfinished follow-through?
